Global West MNR-46 1964-1966 Ford Mustang upper control arms. Global West's Ford Mustang negative roll upper control arms come complete with ball joints, billet upper shafts, Del-A-Lum bushings, hardware, and template for relocation. The arms are pre-assembled with shafts and bushings. Installation requires drilling new upper control arm mounting holes in the shock tower. The combination of lowering the upper control arm pivot plus installing the tubular upper arm will change your camber curve.
The Negative Roll System is a combination of suspension components and a pickup point relocation that changes the geometery curve of the suspension, so that negative camber will be induced as the tire goes up into the fender. (Negative camber refers to the suspension tilting the tire towards the engine as the tire moves up into the fender.) If you are serious about bringing your car up to today's standards, then Negative Roll will be your first step. Neative Roll keeps a greater portion of the tire on the pavement through the turn, increasing the car's cornering ability. Vehicle response and handling is dramatically improved especially during corner entry. Longer tire life is also noticed.
TECH NOTE: Shorter performance springs are recommended. If stock springs are used, trimming the spring will be required. This system should never be used for drag racing.
Sold as 2 upper control arms.
