RETURNS: Returns are allowed for a period of 30 days from the invoice date. All shipping charges, import/export duties, taxes and UPS brokerage fees are not refundable and are the responsiblity of the customer. DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: If a defective part is encountered, the customer will pay all UPS brokerage fees and shipping costs, Canadian export duties and taxes into the U.S. and all Canadian import duties and taxes and UPS brokerage fees back into Canada for the warranted item and it's replacement.
